Both of support and stability is excellent. I have VPS mini account with them and I have yet to have a problem. VPS price which shown on their website is managed service included. If you don't want it, you can refuse when you order and you will save $6/month. All VPS plans are including their original control panel named 'Heartbeat'. You can reboot your VPS and check bandwidth. OS rebuild and console manager will be added soon.
