I have been using Korax for over 1 year. The most salient benefit of Korax is their very prompt customer support. I get my email requests answered in 10-15 minutes with accurate information and professional taste!

I've been a co-hosted customer of Korax for about 5 years now. The on-line account control panel has a nice clean interface and is convenient to use. Their help pages are well written and searchable. My support questions have always been answered within 4 hours, usually less, even on weekends. The staff are knowledgeable. If they can't do something, they explain why and suggest alternatives. Every year they offer more (i.e. services, storage, traffic, etc.) for the same price.
