I loved Myriad. I have been with them 2 years. Apparently they were sold or something back in the spring, because they just went down the toilet. Support sucks, tons of DB errors, IPs changed, servers changed, support sucks, user forums closed, etc. etc. Terrible, just terrible. I've been patiently waiting, but I've had enough, I'm moving sites to Hostgator.

I use to be a HUGE supporter of Myriad Hosting, but like the rest of the posts... their service has gone straight down. I have 2 accounts with them and my servers having been going down at least a couple times a month and support is terrible. Even their support link is not working at this time. One my servers is down right now and I had to reply to an old support ticket to let them know it is down. It was down a few weeks ago and for almost 12 hours and I did not hear a word from them in response to my support ticket until the site was back up. All they said was, "We just checked and your site seems to be up and running fine to us, please let us know if you have any other concerns". I am not happy with the service at all and I am getting ready to switch to HostGator, which I have never had a problem with.

Used to be what any host should be, reliable, until recently. After giving more hope than many other, I am finally migrating all sites hosted there to a new datacenter. Myriad, to brief it up, is not a hosting business anymore... it's only a matter of days I guess before it all shuts down and if not, it's just running to scam people then... The service sucks!

I was with Myriad Network for 3.5 years and was very happy with the reliability and excellent support. However, that has all changed. Support is slow, unhelpful and even rude, the forums have been closed due to complaints, and a recent server move was handled very, very poorly (virtually no advance notice). I have just moved all 42 of my sites to a new host and no longer recommend MyriadNetwork.

Myriad Network used to be a great hosting provider. However, starting 2009 this company is useless. Please do not sign with this people. Last year any issue was solved very very quick, now you have to wait 1 week or more.

We have been hosting our site for over 2 years, and its CRAZY this last 2 months. Lots of down time, email does not work, no person answers the phone. Even the sales department does not pick up and their message is "the number you are trying is no longer in service" DID THEY CLOSE?

I was 5 years with Myriad... even if they have higher prices/ offer than others, i was with them because of the reliability and the quick response for any issue... i really liked how they were with their clients. Starting 2009, i don't know what happened, but it's like is a totally different company, they have real problems with the uptime and most with the communication.. i had several days, hours of downtime, and when asking the answer got back after 24-48 hours. I'm a reseller and i lost clients because of this... As I'm writing this, I'm again pissed of because email server is down, and i cannot access my control panel either... this is happening for about 4 hours - and of course no answer to my ticket.

I switched to this provider because of recomendation from this site and others. Well, things change real suddenly. My site has been down twice in a week with a notice now of DNS updating taking like forever. I think it time to look for another host. These guys sure ain't it.

Their past reviews looked good, so I decided to use them. But within 2 weeks I've had 2 major outages with all my sites/services down for 48+ hours. The support guys returned a couple emails and then faded off not to be heard from again. You cannot run a Web business with this host. Stay away.

Myriad networks is the worst hosting provider I have ever done business with. Their customer and tech support is beyond poor, noone ever picks up the phone, emails are ignored, and the server performance totally sucks. Their 100% uptime guarantee is complete BS. Avoid doing business with this joke of a company.

I was a vocal supporter of Myriad's services since 2006, but the past several months have been excrutiating. They changed IP addresses on several of our boxes with no advance warning, and we've had major outages routinely over the past month. At the moment, I've had a handful of sites down since late last night or early this morning, and have yet to hear from them despite submitting tickets. Also, they don't publish any phone numbers, so forget about contacting someone. Their own website was partially down for most of hte day so far today, so I have no recourse but to wait and hope they will respond to me eventually. Avoid Myriad like the plague.

Myriad is NOT an over-suscribed trailer park for you to move your site into. For just a few buck more a month than competitors, you get few reatrictions, full cPanel, no DB restrictions, your own IP - basically the next best thing to having your own server. Speed, bandwidth and support are fantastic. So if you're tired of sluggish hosts, restrictive control panels, slow support response, etc., check out Myriad - you'll soon forget about an extra couple of bucks a month because you can focus on your site, not your host.

I've had a reseller acccount with Myriad Network for 3 1/2 years. After having had accounts with a number of other webhosts who left me looking for a better alternative, Myriad Network has been a breath of fresh air. Unlike with other hosts, there is no problem with downtime and no long waits for support when you've got a problem or question. Support is fast, professional, and cordial. The accounts offer all the features I could want. Really, there is no downside to hosting with Myriad Network. Yes, you can find cheaper services but Myriad is very affordable and the stellar reliability, support and track record more than makes up for a few dollars. I strongly recommend Myriad Network!

Myriad Network has been a blessing in my search for the best hosting around. My VPS was setup within minutes and all of my support tickets have been answered within minutes. I've been able to push 70+mbit through my VPS without a problem and have expirienced no real significant outages since being there.
