I have been trying for days to get in touch with them with my website down. My emails are not working and this website is for my business. These people are holding me hostage with them, for lack of a better term. I can't think of any other customer service dept. that could do this and still stay in business. I was able to get a phone number if anyone is interested. They don't answer, but you can try. 818-547-9722. Shield Host is a division of WeHostAnyone.com, so you might try contacting them too. Didn't work for me, but you can try. Good luck getting out!

They are pretty good but there is no number to call them on their site. I have had no problems in two years of hosting but I am trying to get a client on their servers and can not get a hold of them to complete the transaction.
