I found FacadeHost about a year back when I was starting my website. They had a great deal of features for the price that you have to pay, for example cPanel which I love all the features that is organized neatly within (Fantastico which was recently changed to Installatron and Softaculous which are even better!), friendly staffs (that will always help me out, I will elaborate below a little), great uptime and all the other value-added stuffs they give their users. They revamped recently, and requested their users who were using their subdomain (mine was mushopea.facadehost.com) to change to a domain, but since this was sort of their request, they actually subsidized the costs of a domain for me! I only have to pay 4 USD for the first year and this is a very very good deal for me. After their revamp, I also found these new features which they also put on their website: R1Soft backups that will help to backup my files 4 times a day, Installatron and Softaculous which has replaced the previous Fantastico (I like these alot! Because I don't really know how to program, designing is my forte sort of, and these help me to install scripts like counters or shoutbox although I don't really use them all the time but it is still helpful) Their network speed has also improved considerably since the revamp! I think this is because they upgraded their servers, now even on my mobile connection which is VERY slow, I can login to cPanel and my friends say my website loads faster too! I also had this problem once that after the revamp, I wanted to password protect a directory but somehow frontpage extensions were installed, and I didn't know how to remove them. Apparently this was in cPanel which I discovered later on, but I didn't notice it at that time, so I submitted a support ticket and within a few minutes (I can barely believe how fast they were!) I received a reply telling me that they are working on it and then another few minutes they replied to me saying they have uninstalled the extensions for me. Just yesterday, I was in school and couldn't access cPanel and I needed the emails going to my account to be forwarded to my hotmail, so I submitted a ticket asking for help to do this, and with the same quickness the same staff Jansen responded to my ticket: Hello, As per your request, we have directed all emails going to mushopea@mushopea.com to forward towards mushopea@hotmail.com We have went ahead to send a test email to mushopea@mushopea.com, please check your hotmail and see if you have received our test email. If you do, then the forward is working properly. If you have any more questions please let me know. Jansen I love FacadeHost's services and I will always stay with them!
