Generation Host is the best host I've ever been with. First, I would like to say that two weeks ago, they were hit by a DDoS attack but they mitigated it very quickly so the attack only lasted 20 MINUTES. Secondly, if there is maintenance, they schedule it and send an email out in advance. Also, their uptime is great. I have only experienced two cases of downtime averaging 20 minutes each (one was a DDoS that was mitigated in 20 minutes and the other was scheduled maintenence). I have the owner Matt personally added on Skype and he is friendly. They respond to support tickets quickly. Matt even gave me a $10 per year package to my custom specifications. They never oversell accounts on their servers. To summarize, this company who co-locates and has full-time technicians/management to respond to anything ASAP is the best I have stumbled upon.
