I have been with this company for over a year with no problems, now all of a sudden EVERYTHING is gone - I have had to move all my domains to another host. Nic - the owner has apparently bailed on her/his clients. No response to emails, if I catch her on chat, I get the old, I'm checking with the data center and thats the last I hear. I will presume she did not renew her MRR. But it's crappy to leave everyone in the lurch like that. Very poor service from a support standpoint. Not to mention I've lost the money I paid for a year of hosting. Think my next stop will be paypal. :)
