I've been with Rackcore.com for over 1 year now. I was first introduced to them by a friend who stumbled upon the site while googling.They had plans available, however, it was where submitting a contact form, and being eamil back details about packages and features for their Web Hosting.

So I was a bit iffy about a service, who does'nt detail more information about their company. So after a bit of chit-chatting with Patrick, he offered a 90 day free trial ( everything was configured the way I wanted it, so it was based on my previous hosting provider ). I could not be any happier, with my choice. Seeing that I like having a "real" hosting provider around my area. It's saved me a lot more money $$ and valuable time.

Since my hosting, my accounts have been available anytime. I can always count on their servers being online and responsive. Which is hard to find, these days!

Their support is second to none. I've submitted various tickets and must say I can't recall ever having to wait more than 15 minutes for a reply. I must say, Patrick does a great job! He's the guy I deal with the most, and his timely responses are always filled with the answers I need.

Like I've said, I've been with Rackcore for just over 1 year now, with 5 accounts currently hosted with them. I strongly recommend RACKCORE!
