I only had a couple domain addresses registered with them, but when I tried to transfer them they had a horrible attitude towards me. Then somehow after I transferred the domain they changed the hosting dns so they could continue to charge me. Their admin panel is horribly set up and I believe it is purposefully confusing so you can't leave them! They might be supportive if you plan to give them money, but they are a little too spiteful for my liking!
