I moved to Senta Hosting on November 1st 2011 and I have been so impressed. I have had 100% uptime (https://www.sentahosting.co.uk/clients/serverstatus.php). The support is superb I usually get a reply within 10 minutes of submitting a question (even when submitting a ticket in the middle of the night) and always get a friendly response. When I created my account they also showed me how to use my cPanel (which was free!) The prices are superb and they also have some really great discount codes that they display on their website homepage and their twitter. I would definitely recommend Senta Hosting if you want great quality reliable UK Hosting. Jill
