Recently after suggesting a client over to them, there was a specialty dns setup that needed to be performed. It was done for free and issue resolved within an hour of sending an email to support.

There's 5 stars to choose from, there should be 10 stars, I'm new to site building using oscommerce, so I'm forever calling support to help me out, they are always kind and easy to talk to and quickly get to the heart of my problems, you can't ask for any better, always only a few minutes and they are right there for you.

Sometimes I have to make sites for people who have already signed on with a hosting service. I've decided not to take these jobs any more. It's just trouble and frustration-- the others just don't compare with Sibername, which is all I will use these days. Sibername's base package has everything you need for a full web site. The service is excellent, the support is speedy, and the price is right. Another thing I really like: when they are doing big server upgrades or migrations, THEY TELL YOU IN ADVANCE. Problems are inevitable with this kind of work, and I appreciate knowing that any weirdness happening is not my fault.

Sibername.com has really helped me a lot. They provide the best customer service I've seen anywhere. I have been using them since Summer 2010, and all I can say is "100% dedicated" they always respond to tickets within 60 minutes which I've never seen before, and I've never had issues which is another surprise. I have been a Sibername customer for five years. Today I made one of my INFREQUENT complaints about spam, and received a prompt response from Albert Holmes: "I have added some discard rules on your account which should prevent those Spam emails coming to you from now on. Sorry for the inconvenience caused". I can't ask for better service than this.

I have several domain names with them and in the past 3 weeks 2 times, as I have seen, their DNS Server has had problem by not showing my websites for god knows how long!

My hosting service is with another company and at the problem with Sibername.com I could see my websites by using ip addresses.

I have had some paid traffic from Google in the past and I am going to have more soon in the future but I am really scared now!

I don't want to get paid traffic to show people "server not found" message! Or they ruin my websites ranking with search engines!
