These guys are literally one of the very best hosts I have ever experienced. Superb support service. Average response time 15 minutes. They strive to provide quality service to all their customers. And would personally give you a survey call and find out how to improve their services. I have yet met a host that does that and truly value their clients. Unfortunately, they have been recently acquired by a UK based host. And everything that we value from thecubehost is LONG gone. In a matter days, our site and mail server has been down for more than few weeks. New host site is unaccessible at most times. They are in a rush to get things moved on and don't work with you and your business. As a result, we are forced to look elsewhere. We miss you thecubehost. If you ever decide to get back to hosting industry - do let us know.
