Xaprio Solutions is the parent company of xaphost.com hosting. We have experienced very slow server response time since signing up in December 2008 and it is now January 2009 and our site has been down for the past 18 hours as is the hosting providers since January 14 2009. We sent emails to support, called and of course no response. We find out they are reseller through tailoredservers.com and we sent them an email and of course still no response and its 18 hours later and counting. We went with this provider based on a recommendation and clearly we can not run a business based on this type of service and lack there of. So, if you want poor reliability and poor customer support go with this company. I do not recommend this provider!
